10. The Dragon Lives (Thanks To Chains)

Season 7 was full of amazing "oh sh*t" moments, and the battle at the end of Beyond The Wall delivered some of the most astonishing drama in the show's full, glorious history.

Viserion falling dead thanks to the Night King's olympic-style javelin throw was definitely getting up there as one of the best, but then HBO dialled it up to 11 and brought the creature back in one of the most stunning, dramatic twists in TV history. And that was with a lot of people already knowing (or fully expecting it to happen).

The only problem was the manner of the resurrection. Thanks to those handy massive chains, nobody could really fully enjoy the moment without the caveat of wondering how exactly they managed to pluck those chains out of thin air. Were they just carrying giant dragon-raising chains, just in case?
