South is again more obvious, since both the Tyrells and Martells have serious issues with Cersei and House Lannister.

We see someone sharpening what looks like a spear here, so the safe bet is that we're seeing a Martell in this scene, and almost certainly one of the Sand Snakes. Obara Sand, being the one most like her father Oberyn, typically uses a spear, so it's probably her sharpening it.
