4. The Hound's Revival Theory

This one is very much in the realms of theorising here, but it answers a few questions. We can all reasonably assume that Beric is going to die soon, because his story is largely over and unless he's going to fight the Night King one on one, there's little for him to do of purpose other than to die.

But the trailer very briefly shows him alongside The Hound within Winterfell, which should set pulses racing when it comes to concern for Clegane. After all, if Beric is in danger, then so too is he.

This gives way to the theory that Beric will give up his last life - as he did for Lady Stoneheart in the books - to save The Hound, who we know has been given a "higher purpose" by the Lord Of Light. There's no way he would have been granted a vision otherwise.

Could that mean that we'll see The Hound take on Beric's flaming sword and defeat his own fears of fire, announcing himself as a true representative of the Lord Of Light? Wouldn't that be one of those badass moments we all end up talking about for weeks?
