Take that, you creepy f*ck.

It was beginning to look like Cersei's smarmy but rather brilliant side-kick was going to get away with it and live longer than his queen, but then The Mountain got blood in his nostrils and Qyburn made the fatal mistake of stepping in his way.

And as if to offer us a potted history of how much this show loves things people do coming back to haunt them, Qyburn was thrown like a ragdoll by the very hellish monster he created against a rock, killing him instantly. Like Darth Vader killing the Emperor (well, we all thought so at the time, anyway), the over-reaching machiavellian was hoisted by his own petard. And then his petard was dashed on the rocks.

If you didn't cheer, there's something very possibly wrong with you. No tears lost there.
