Game Of Thrones Season 8: Every Character Still Alive For The Finale (And What They'll Do)

6. Davos Seaworth

Game of Thrones Davos
HBO/Helen Sloan

Last Time: Despite claiming that he's not a fighter, Ser Davos managed to make it through the initial fight with the Golden Company and the Lannister army and then also the King's Landing Massacre. He wasn't far from Jon for most of that time.

What He'll Be Doing: According to the trailer, he'll be assessing the damage with Jon and no doubt advising him on the best course of action with Dany too. Eventually, it seems likely that Ser Davos will be rewarded for his loyalty and his sensible advisory role with a seat on the Royal Council that ends the season in power.

Live Or Die? Live. Hopefully. And if he does, he'll do so very close to the monarch who rules the Seven Kingdoms.

5. Grey Worm

Game Of Thrones Grey Worm Finale
HBO

Last Time: Grey Worm's breakdown happened in parallel with Daenerys' and he led the massacre of the Lannisters on the ground as well as some of the innocent residents of King's Landing too. He's a broken man having watched Missandei's murder.

What He'll Be Doing: Because he's loyal to Dany, it's likely that we're going to see Grey Worm rallying to her side for the final episode, which means he might have to be taken out for anyone to get close to her. He has to be held accountable for what he did, regardless of how justified he felt he was.

Live Or Die? Die, probably.

But even if he doesn't, the Unsullied will leave King's Landing (probably with the Dothraki since they can't all be killed off) to continue Dany's pledge to be the Breaker of Chains. They will leave specifically to liberate slaves around the Seven Kingdoms.

And now for the absolutely crucial players, whose fates will very much shape your experience and enjoyment of Game Of Thrones' finale...
