Game Of Thrones Season 8: Every Death Ranked Worst To Best

It is the genius of the show that even the most despicable characters in Game Of Thrones make you feel something - whether pity or sympathy - when they die, but it's the mark of a truly great villain when they don't. In that respect, Euron Greyjoy ranks right up there with Joffrey and Ramsay Bolton, because his death inspired whoops of enthusiasm.

Having killed the Sand Snakes (oh, who cares?), put Yara through hell and killing Rhaegal, Euron was legitimately one of the most successful villains and while there was some perverse charm to his swagger, he deserved to pie. And painfully.

Ironically, he's also one of the only people in this entire show who got exactly what he wanted, even in death. All he wanted was notoriety (even beyond power to a certain extent) and getting to kill the Kingslayer and cement himself in history (or so he believes) makes him a legend.

Unbeknownst to him, he loses points because his one great act is written out of history by Brienne, but he probably wouldn't care as long as he knew.
