Game Of Thrones Season 8: Ranking Every Character Worst To Best

24. Dolorous Edd

Dolorous Edd Death

The last Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, Edd's role is fairly small in Season 8, but the character still manages to make his presence felt thanks to his now trademark gruff humour.

The 'blue eyes' moment with Tormund is great, as are his exchanges with Sam before the Battle of Winterfell, and he gets to cap it all off by saving his former Night's Watch brother and then being one of the few characters to reanimate as a wight. For a character who could've died long ago or just been tossed aside, it's nice to see him get a proper send-off.
