Gendry experienced some serious highs and lows in The Last of the Starks, following up the joy of being made Lord of Storm's End by Daenerys with the misery of being rejected by Arya.

He's not been seen since then, although we can pretty much assume he's just hanging out at his new castle and enjoying a position of privilege that he's never known before. Joe Dempsie is listed on IMDb as appearing in the finale, although that isn't close to concrete proof he'll return, but it'd still be nice to see a proper ending for the character given how big of a deal his return was. Again, though, it's hard to think of any plot point that would lead to him dying.
