6. Littlefinger

At first glance it might seem like Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish will make it to the end. He's more ruthless and calculating than most of the characters, and excels at playing the game of thrones from behind the scenes, which keeps him in a relative position of safety. In almost every way Littlefinger is the ultimate opportunist. However, his one weakness has always been his love for Catelyn Stark, a love that has now been transferred to her daughter Sansa. It took a while, but by the end of the fourth season Sansa was completely aware of Littlefinger's attraction towards her. Going into the fifth season it is very likely that Littlefinger will continue to school Sansa in the ways of politicking, which could end up being his downfall. If Sansa grows cold from her experiences, she could easily take advantage of Littlefinger's weakness for her and kill him. This is especially true if she ends up finding out about his role leading up to the destruction of her family. All this is entirely speculatory of course, as the show has completely caught up to Sansa's storyline from the books. Where she goes from here is anyone's guess, though the further manipulation and eventual usurpation of Littlefinger seems like a good guess.
