"The next time we see each other, we'll talk about your mother. I promise." Oh, Ned, you should have just spilled those beans before they spilled your guts. If he was still alive, Ned would be sent to the Wall and he would've had the conversation that would shape the course of the world. WHO. ARE. JON'S. PARENTS? It's the question fans have been asking since the very beginning, and while the famous R+L=J looks like a certainty to come true in Season 6, it still hasn't been 100% rubber-stamped. That conversation would've cleared everything up. And who knows where the story could have developed from there. The sad fact remains though, Ned is dead, history has been written, and now it's down to a select few to restore House Stark back to its glory days.
