4. The Boltons Wouldn't Have Revolted

The Boltons are easily the most opportunistic house in the realm. They've piggybacked their way to the top, and it could be argued that they're the strongest house at the moment. They have a decent number of soldiers, they've got a strong grip on Winterfell, and they polished off Stannis' men without resistance. They leapt onto the Lannister/Frey Red Wedding plot and seized the chance to finish off their contenders. They didn't even have to stretch themselves to capture Winterfell either, Theon had done the hard work, they simply occupied the shell. They wouldn't have stepped out of the Stark shadow if they were still alive.
