If Tyrion is respected he isn't framed, if he isn't framed he doesn't have to escape, if he doesn't escape he wouldn't kill Tywin, and if he didn't kill Tywin he wouldn't need to flee across the Narrow Sea. If Tyrion Lannister had been taller, he simply wouldn't have met Daenerys Targaryen, and the consequences of that could be huge. We're stepping into uncharted territory with the pair, but Tyrion is exactly the type of politically savvy individual Daenerys needs. The Lannister attaching himself to the re-igniting of the Targaryen flame hugely boosts Danys' chances, and could be crippling for the Lannisters when everything comes to a head. Tyrion's move to Meereen could be potentially world-shaping, and all because of his size.
