Game Of Thrones: 10 Awesome Things We Are All Waiting To See Happen
4. Arya Becomes Even More Of A Badass
The story of Arya Stark is as brutal a story as Martin has yet written. Watching your father beheaded for false crimes will do that to you, but when you add in the time she spent at Harrenhal coupled with the death she witnessed leading up to that moment, everything is multiplied. Now, add in being on-hand for the death of her brother Robb, his direwolf, and her mother, we're dealing with a rage on a whole other level. Arya will journey a little further with the Hound until he "dies" in battle where Arya will make her way to a boat and once producing the coin Jaqen H'ghar gave her at Harrenhal, she'll gain passage to the island of Braavos. Once in Braavos, she'll find her way to the House of Black and White and be admitted into the guild of the Faceless Men. That's right, little Arya Stark is going to train as an assassin. She'll be given many menial tasks during her training and constantly struggles with leaving behind her identity as Arya Stark. Throughout her entire time on Braavos she continues to see the world through her direwolf Nymeria's eyes while she sleeps. I, for one, am hopeful we'll soon see a reunion of girl and wolf. Arya completes her first assassination assignment and is granted apprenticeship with the guild.
I'm married and live in New York with my wife and pets. I'm a writer and definitely not a comedian (just ask my wife). I've successfully linked my twitter, goodreads, facebook and google+ pages although the successful aspect of all that is up for debate. I also started my own blog on wordpress and have just finished my first novel, The Violent Winds. Now it's time to try and trick some unsuspecting fool into buying it.
