1. Roose Bolton
The North is officially under new management. The new Warden of the North is cold, calculating but also very pragmatic and that makes for an extremely dangerous individual. He is a man who made decisions that not only ensured his survival but also elevated his status. While his son Ramsay's malice is easily more apparent, Roose's is far more subtle but also more severe. I can only imagine what a scene consisting of him lecturing Ramsay would be like and I hope we get at least one interaction between the two in season four. Now that he is in this position of power, I greatly doubt that he will easily forfeit it. Someone that may question the validity of his position would be Stannis who isn't too far off from the North. With all of these combustible elements in that region of Westeros, we can expect for much of the focus to be there this season. Game of Thrones has really given us a plethora of brilliantly crafted characters that demand our attention. Gendry's storyline should also be interesting this season and the tension between Ser Jorah and Ser Barristan may also be another element to keep an eye on.
