5. Mance Rayder
With the Night's Watch dwindling down, it now seems like the most appropriate time for the King Beyond the Wall to march south with the army he has been amassing. The time seems appropriate and hopefully season four will expand on events that we just got a hint of this past season. Mance Rayder was a character I was really looking forward to seeing more of going into the third season and hopefully the fourth gears its focus in that direction. With a growing Wildling army, it will be difficult for Mance to pass over the opportunity to confront the weak defenses at the Wall. If this scenario arises, how will Jon Snow rise to the occasion? Can he do enough to prevent an onslaught? Perhaps the time come when both groups realize that there are far more fatal threats on the horizon.
