3. Kurt Hummel
There are two big questions that I'd like to predict the answers to going into the future of Season 4 and beyond. The first is whether of not Kurt will still plan on trying to get into Nyada, and the second is whether or not Kurt will remain broken up with Blaine. On the Nyada front I am at this point a little uncertain. Kurt has shot up the ranks at Vogue.com very quickly, and his future seems really bright there. The likelihood that Kurt would succeed on Broadway is slim... not because he doesn't have the talent, but because very few people actually succeed in this world, and if his amazing performance of "Not The Boy Next Door" didn't secure his place then there must be a lot of much better people than him roaming the halls of Nyada already. My prediction would be that he would not apply to Nyada and remain working in fashion however there are two big obstacles standing in the way of this idea. The first is that his boss played by Sarah Jessica Parker is only expected to make an appearance in 3 Glee episodes. Her contract could be extended, but would she want to do more... who knows? I can't really see Kurt at Vogue without her. The second is that Kurt working at Vogue won't really give him that many opportunities to do all that much singing, and the actor has expressed interest in performing more Broadway style songs. Also, the writers have to remember that all throughout Season 3, and pretty much all the series Kurt has wanted to be a Broadway star. Yes, dreams change and when people grow up they realize that most dreams do not come true, but Kurt has suffered for so long, and he wanted Broadway pretty much as much as Rachel did. The show would be too ridiculous however to show both Rachel and Kurt getting everything they ever dreamed of by the shows end. My biggest prediction for Kurt's future is combining the two. Kurt is great at fashion designing, so why not design costumes for Broadway productions, or even work as a theater critic? This will give him the opportunity to be on Broadway in new and exciting ways. His job working as an intern at Vogue could lead him to these places. Also, Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee has said many times that Kurt is like he was when he was a teenager... perhaps Kurt therefore could even explore writing musicals as a future career. Ryan Murphy is a screenwriter, so why not make Kurt a play-writer. A little out of the characters interests for sure, but Chris Colfer is a screenwriter, so I am sure he wouldn't object to this idea. As for Kurt and Blaine, the actors themselves have picked up on the fact that the two became almost like an old married couple, so we will definitely see them spend a lot of time apart. Both Kurt and Blaine will explore interesting new relationships, although when Blaine arrives in New York next year with his place at Nyada that he is bound to get, sparks between the two will bring them back together.
