The brother of the third Electrocutioner, Lester Buchinsky (above), started off as a vigilante fighting in the name of justice. Though he would die, leading Lester to take up the mantle - and eventually turn to a life of crime instead - the original Electrocutioner would slot perfectly into the world that Gotham has set up. Armed with far less complex technology than his future brother would utilize, the arrival of a crime-fighting Electrocutioner in Gotham City would follow through on the promise the Balloonman delivered to Gordon that more vigilantes would turn up in his wake, sick of the corruption and true villainy coursing through the city's veins. As an upstart vigilante, the Electrocutioner could easily pop up throughout several episodes before ultimately being apprehended or killed, with a cameo by his brother Lester leaving the door open for the villainous alternative to show up down the road, perhaps fueled by the desire to avenge the brother who died unjustly for justice.
