Gotham Season 3: 5 Ups And 5 Downs From 'Anything For You'
3. Zsasz Hands
Victor Zsasz and his unassailable presence has returned to Gotham and in this pit of vipers, it's this cobra that you cannot help but feel you need to keep your eye on.
The actor is physically unassuming and looks like he couldn't box his way out of a brown paper bag but true menace does not require an abundance of muscles and an overbearing size. True menace means shaving your eyebrows and hair and looking like that stoned vulture from Looney Tunes, Beaky Buzzard.
We’re yet to see if Victor has begun to mark his body with a tally of all of his victims, his general gimmick as a serial murderer, but my guess is that he has already begun doing so. Once we’re finally blessed with that hopefully long Victor Zsasz shower scene, all will be revealed, but he’s captured the creepiness, took away the cartoony and added a hint of comedic timing that makes him one of the most entertaining characters on the show. His return as Penguin’s (now number one) henchman is entirely welcome and makes Penguin’s entourage even more interesting and dangerous.
