The episode Tome-wan was one of those times where a reprehensible character got what he deserved, but the manner in which he got it was absolutely over the top disturbing. Mason Verger was the billionaire heir to a meat packing fortune that also happens to be a supremely evil pedophile. Mason eventually sees Hannibal as a threat and attempts to dispose of him. He fails, which is really bad news for Mason and his face. Hannibal gets Mason to inhale something akin to PCP and decides to have some revenge fuelled fun while his new friend is uncontrollably tripping. He starts off by asking Mason to demonstrate how he measures the depth of fat using his face and eventually convinces him to start slicing off pieces of his own face to feed to Will's dogs. Legitimately repulsive. While Mason manically cackles and slices off his cheeks in his drug addled stupor, Hannibal casually suggests that he cut off his own nose and eat it. Mason thinks that's a great idea and everyone watching this episodes simultaneously vomited forever.
