Don't do heroin, kids: you may end up waking up from an overdose, sewn to dozens of naked dead people. That's the precise predicament in which a really unfortunate victim found themselves in, Sakizuke. The serial killer du jour overdoses people with heroin and then sews them together to create a gut wrenching human mural. That alone is highly upsetting, but then you got the pleasure of seeing one of those mural pieces surviving their overdose and having to full on grotesquely rip and peel their flesh from the surrounding victims. It's really tough to properly reconcile the imagery added to the sounds of that poor man tearing his own flesh to detach himself from several corpses: disturbing really isn't even adequate. Life-ruining may be a more accurate term.
