4. Intense Glasgow Smile

Glasgow smiles are a particularly macabre mutilation. For those that don't know what a Glasgow smile is, it's essentially when someone slices a victim's face from ear to ear, creating an over sized sinister grin. In Buffet Froid, Hannibal performs this sick assault on someone the viewers were led to believe was his friend. Hannibal doesn't just do a plain old Glasgow smile though, he nearly decapitates his buddy using scissors and unflinching nonchalance. Something about a head/face being torn apart like that really disgusts people to their core. Maybe it's because everyone has a head and it would most likely suck to have it hacked into. Something the whole world can relate to is a strong need to hang on to one's respective cranium.
