Dr.Abel Gideon really brought the crazy in Roti. Before performing a spontaneous disembowelment on Dr.Chilton, Gideon paid a quick visit to a few other psychiatrists that he felt had done him dirty leading up to his incarceration. The result of his handy work is sure to have your gag reflex working overtime. Ever heard of a real world murder technique called, "The Colombian Necktie"? Basically, a felonious individual will slice their victim's throat and pull their tongue straight out through the neck wound. Essentially the worst thing ever. It's real, it happens, and that's precisely why seeing it done in this episode was even more horrifying. It seems almost impossible, but it somehow managed to get even more disturbing when Gideon added his own unique twist to the original. After securing his victims' neckties, he hooked them to needles and slowly drained their blood. So these poor slobs were all kinds of alive while being slowly drained of life fluid and struggling to function with their tongue hanging out of their throats.
