"I don't know which is worse. Believing I did it... Or believing you did this to me." The final shot of last season was absolutely perfect. Will Graham being held in the very same mental facility that will someday house the man on the other side of the bars: Dr. Lecter. Mikkelsen's "Hello Will," was eerily fantastic and the perfect end to what turned out to be a heart-pounding season. We knew from that moment on that it was only a matter of time before the two of them switched places, and have been anxiously waiting to see what kind of roller coaster we'll have to ride to get there. The promo is quick to show that Hannibal isn't free from suspicion. Will of course suspects that Hannibal has been setting him up, and has relayed these suspicions to Crawford. Upon learning that Will has accused him, Hannibal himself says "We'll have to investigate me, it's in my best interest." Hannibal is, of course, great at covering his tracks so this investigation will go nowhere, which will make it all the more interesting to see what happens when he finally is the prime suspect (assuming that's where the show is headed, that is). Will he keep finding ways to implicate Will, like he did with the fishing lines in the season 1 finale? As Will's psychiatrist he's in a very dangerous position of power; able to manipulate the truth as he sees fit. He and Crawford seem to be investigating more crimes together, will he be able to keep killing while things are so tenuous at the Bureau? After all, let's face it, the man's gotta eat...
