3. Bomb in Farragut Square - Episode 10

As the ongoing manhunt continues for Tom Walker, Saul and Carrie manage to negotiate information enabling them to track the fugitive soldier through reluctant Saudi diplomat Mansoar Al-Zahrani. This sets up a tense finale to the episode as undercover agents are waiting to capture Walker in the busy city square. As a possible ID Walker is made, Carrie, who is on foot, notices he is clutching a briefcase. As a 100% ID is needed Carrie moves in closer to the alleged target. As she moves closer she determines the target is not Walker and attempts to clear the busy area, but is too late as the briefcase explodes with Carrie getting caught in the blast and knocked unconscious. As the smoke clears viewers can see the devastation and fatalities around her from the blast.
