Franks strange, dark visions continue to play a large role early on in Season Four. While we keep seeing flashes of his imagined fight with Claire, things get even weirder as he imagines pouring himself a tall glass of blood from the kitchen sink. These visions are the first time we have seen evidence suggesting Franks mind is not altogether sound. Hes normally such a strong-headed individual but were beginning to see cracks in his steely resolve. Its also interesting that Claire features prominently in these visions. Could he be falling apart without his trusted partner by his side? Whatever the meaning, its an eerie scene that deserves kudos to the episodes director, Robin Wright.
