Invincible: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best
10. Black Samson
Samson ranks low here, as most of his time in this season was spent as just another run of the mill team member. However, by the time that the second or maybe even third season comes out, his position could change entirely. There seems to be brilliance bubbling at the surface of this role, but it just hasn't burst onto the scene yet.
This character's introduction instantly set him up as a key player, as he proved that being a hero wasn't all about winning and came into the Guardians of the Globe with a storied past. The character was once a founding member of the team but lost his powers. Now, he's returned to reclaim his honour.
The set-up here is brilliant, and it's made even better when his powers return to him during the show. But, we never get to see this great set-up pay off, as while he begins to take on a mentorship role, it doesn't go too far. Plus, they never even explain what his powers are, making their re-emergence a little anti-climactic.
It seems there's a bright future for him, but season one wasn't his time in the limelight.
