This two-part episode was a real roller coaster, as it was filled to the brim with ridiculous stories, funny character moments and a classic flashback story set-up. However, it went one step further by adding an emotional moment that convinced the audience things might be coming to an end.

The episodes followed the gang's escapades on a dry cruise, where none of them could drink alcohol. As can be expected with the gang, they all behave terribly and end up getting thrown into the hold. The set-up for the episode follows all of them in a bright, exposed backdrop, implying that they are telling the story to some deity post-death.

Of course, for them to be in the afterlife, they have to die. That comes in the climax as the ship sinks, and they are left in the hold. As the water rises, they take each other's hands and willingly sink to the bottom, accepting their fate and being ready to die together.

It's a truly poignant moment and felt like a fitting end. However, someone then opens the hatch, and they fight each other to leave first, and it's revealed they weren't dead at all, ruining a lovely scene. Still, the sentiment was there, albeit brief.
