It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia: 10 Worst Things The Gang Has Ever Done

6. Running A Sweatshop

Dennis, Charlie, Mac, Dee, Frank
FX

Frank’s shady past is well trodden ground in Always Sunny, but in season three we were only scratching the surface of the man’s depravity. “The Aluminum Monster vs. Fatty Magoo” sees the gang try to break into the world of fashion (for reasons of revenge, naturally), and when it comes to setting up a sweatshop to crank out dresses, no one is better for the job than Frank.

For anyone looking to make a killing through quasi-slave labour, Frank offers a series of invaluable tips here, from yelling at and demeaning your staff to installing a blaring steam whistle to increase productivity and even breaking the spirits of your close friends to bolster your workforce.

Mac, easily impressed by Frank’s aura of confidence, quickly joins in with the ploy, and has Charlie housebroken to the point of terror within a day or two. Dee proves more difficult to break, and eventually busts up the sweatshop, sending the assembled nameless workers scattering. Where Frank got them from in the first place, it’s probably best off not thinking too much about.
