It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia: Every Season Ranked Worst To Best (So Far)
5. Season Ten
Season ten is nothing short of a masterclass, capturing every aspect of what makes It's Always Sunny such a funny and daring piece of TV.
For starters, there's the brilliant "Charlie Work", which sees Charlie at his most mature and hilarious as he battles to make sure the bar passes a health inspection. There there's the alcohol-fuelled "The Gang Beat Boggs" and "The Gang Group Dates", where Dennis's sociopathic egotism hits a record high.
Though "Charlie Work" is the best episode of the season, it's followed closely by the gameshow-themed "The Gang Goes on Family Fight" and "The Gang Misses the Boat", where the gang break-up and go a series of solo adventures that all end in typically horrible, twisted fashion. Season ten balances the group dynamic with the most complex aspects of the gang perfectly, and features enough classics to fill-up a sub-par show.
