It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia: The Worst Episode From Every Season

4. Season 11 - Frank Falls Out The Window

It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia
FX

Rehashing the old days of Always Sunny with a new spin is something that either sinks or swims. In this case, it mostly managed to float but started to bob beneath the waves on more than one occasion.

The events of this one take place after Frank falls out of the window and gets amnesia, making him believe it's 2006. Naturally, Dennis and Dee try to use this to scam him, but end up falling back into old habits. It soon becomes a complete revival of the gang's past mistakes.

There's a self-awareness to the episode that seems to be poking fun at shows trying to relive their glory days. But, just because it's making fun of it doesn't mean it's not also falling victim to the same trope.

You get more of the same with this outing, making it entirely predictable. As soon as the amnesia story starts, you can tell where it's going, making it an amusing but not all too engaging tale.

It's got its moments, but - rather poetically - will probably have you forgetting about it.
