The scores at the doors give 4 points to Walter and 5 points to Jack, making Mr. Bauer the overall winner. Now, it's right to argue that it wasn't really a fair fight. While neither show is rooted too deeply in reality, 24 borders on the fantastical from time to time, whereas Breaking Bad is far more down-to-Earth and gritty. Jack is capable of more badassery simply because that universe gives him a lot more leeway; if Walter White went through what Jack did, the fans would have called bull**** a long time ago.
