6. Spanada Foreshadows Jessica's Mother (Episode 6, "AKA Facetime")

In case you hadn't yet realised that Alisa (Janet McTeer) was going to be revealed as Jessica's mother, there was a pretty blatant final hint hidden in plain sight as Jess finally arrived at her home.

As she looks around the house, Jess stumbles upon a bottle of Spanada, which the camera lingers on for a couple of seconds. A few episodes prior, when Oscar (J.R. Ramirez) invited Jess for dinner and offered her a drink of Spanada, she mentioned that her parents used to let her drink it, effectively confirming what was about to happen.
