6. Sayid: Television Superstar

Episode: What Kate Did Here's something that went over most people's heads on the first viewing, which is presumably what the writers wanted when it came to this sneaky little inclusion. During the season two episode What Kate Did there's a sequence in which Kate visits her dad at some kind of army recruitment station. In the very background of the scene, right in the corner, a TV is visible. And if you look closely enough, it's possible to see Sayid on the box. It only lasts for approximately two seconds, though, which meant that - had anybody been looking at anything else - they'd have totally missed out on the cameo. So why is Sayid on the television anyway, you wonder? Well, the clip shows him being arrested at the airport in Australia, which ultimately led him to working undercover.
