In her second fight club appearance, Colleen Wing is pitted against a couple of fighters, called The Duke and Jimmy Pierce. The first is not a Marvel character, but Jimmy Pierce became the new Punisher after being introduced in 1994 when Frank Castle was believed to be dead.

He was coerced into taking on the mantle when his mother was supposedly taken hostage, but it turned out his family were actually a powerful crime family using him to take out rivals. He ended up being implicated in the murders of his mother and uncle and fled to some unknown sanctuary that he's subsequently never reappeared from.

He might not be a Punisher in the show, but you could definitely imagine that hulking brute being the blunt instrument of a crime family.
