10. Zhou Cheng

Lewis Tan originally auditioned for the role of Danny Rand and, while he was obviously unsuccessful, he is still getting a pretty solid role in the series as Zhou Cheng, glimpsed in the scene above attacking Danny. That's what you get for taking his part, Finn.

In the comics, Zhou Cheng plays host to Ch'i-Lin, a mystic beast tasked with killing every Iron Fist. Again, the show may play down some of the more out-there elements, but Cheng does certainly appear to be trying to kill the Iron Fist if nothing else. Tan would've been a good fit for Rand purely based on his martial arts abilities, so should make a fine antagonist too.
