6. Misty Knight
Here we're introduced to one of the most important supporting characters in the series, and one fans have been very excited to see: Misty Knight. She's a police detective with a strong sense of justice, and is determined to know about Luke Cage. She starts with a warning about the city, and later is seen in the line of duty, possibly in the same building we've seen Cage fighting in already.
Later in the trailer, we actually get a look at what is supposedly the first meeting between the pair. A scene shown at Comic-Con reportedly had the two meeting, with Knight wearing a sparkly blue dress, and she's working undercover to find out more about him (which leads to the pair going home together, naturally), and this certainly looks like it's taken from that scene. Comic fans will note she doesn't have her robotic arm or red outfit yet, but there's talk that the series will eventually build up to it.
