Marvel's Luke Cage: Ranking Every Major Character From Worst To Best
14. Turk Barrett
Finest Moment: Being a rat. Again.
It's about time Turk Barrett had something meaningful to do in Netflix's arm of the MCU. So far, he's been a low level hood with ridiculous connections, whose apparent lack of ability being a criminal belies his knowledge of and importance to the criminal networks of Harlem and Hell's Kitchen. It makes no sense, but it's nice having him back on screen at least.
In Luke Cage the anti-hero turns up to rat out a rat (can't blame him too much for that) and then to find buyers for Diamondback's Judas weaponry. Quite why someone who is thwarted by Daredevil at every turn deserves such an accolade remains to be seen, but he's clearly good at self-marketing.
In truth, he's not in it much, but Turk is a great bridging element, and testament to the enduring life-span of rats in this dark and murky world.
