Marvel's Luke Cage: Ranking Every Major Character From Worst To Best
11. Albert Rackham
Finest Moment: Accidentally making Power Man.
Every time an innocent hero is sent to prison, there has to be a villainous guard or a crooked warden to destroy their morale, invite them to join the dark side, or just plain abuse them horribly. For Luke Cage, that caricature comes to life as the delightfully mean Albert Rackham.
He's your typical bent copper, interested only in taking money off the top to add to his pay-check and advancing his own powers in the prison thanks to an army of weasel inmates doing his bidding. He's a pantomime villain who works mostly because he's not on screen a great deal and his cartoonish villainy can be a short, sharp punctuation.
And it's good that he gets exactly what he deserves by the end.
