6. Will Tilda Take After Her Mother?
Tilda Johnson is actually a loose adaption of Marvel comics villain Nightshade, but you wouldn't know that until the season 2 finale as Gabrielle Dennis' character seems to be one of the more blameless and innocent people on the show.
As she is drawn back into her mother Mariah's dark life, however, the steely edge that the Stokes family is known for comes out. But unlike the rest of her brood, she is not dedicated to continuing her family's legacy - in fact, she wants to stomp it out. She allies with Bushmaster in an attempt to kill her mother. When that fails, she murders Mariah herself with a poison kiss.
By the end of season 2, she has adopted a hairstyle in keeping with her comic book look and seems to be plotting to steal Harlem's Paradise from Luke. We'll have to see if she goes as off the deep end as much as Mariah did when season 3 lands.
