9. Misty Knight

Confirmed By: Actress Simone Missick revealed her involvement in an interview with The Wrap just before Luke Cage aired on Netflix.

Plot Predictions: As with most of these supporting characters, it's hard to know just how involved they'll be, given they're not even the main focus in the solo series, nevermind a big team-up event that has to find time for four heroes and a Big Bad.

Misty Knight, however, should have a decent role in things. One image we've seen shows her in an interview room with Jessica Jones, and another has her pointing a gun at the hero.

That means she's unaware of who she is, or perhaps just still very untrusting of these powered individuals. From that meeting she's likely to get drawn further into the case the Defenders are investigating, operating as the law enforcement side of things to their vigilantism, before presumably realising theirs is the way to get this particular job done.

Also, if Luke Cage and Danny Rand are working together, than a meeting between Misty and Colleen Wing feels like a must as well, and there's always the (quite slim) chance she'll lose an arm, thus needing a cybernetic replacement.
