2. Daredevil: Season 2

Returns: March 18, 2016 Thanks to Marvel and Netflix absolutely delivering on all fronts when it came to Daredevil last year, the anticipation and expectation swirling around its upcoming season are through the roof. Season one was a critical darling, and proved that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has many corners it can explore that are just as engaging - if not more so - than the big screen adventures of various Avengers. By all accounts, the show's second season will be going even darker than before, which is no surprise considering that Frank Castle/The Punisher will be stepping into the vigilante's life. The character's introduction into the MCU has been met with staggering approval by fans thanks to the casting of Jon Bernthal and the fact that his appearance will undeniably be the proper representation of the anti-hero that three existing movies haven't done justice. Even further than that, Elektra is joining the show to complicate Matt's life, Bullseye could very well be out there, and - though his inclusion hasn't been confirmed, unsurprisingly - no one would be surprised to see Wilson Fisk resurface by season's end, busted out of prison to get back on the path to becoming the Kingpin. Though it's only a mere two months away, Daredevil's return couldn't get here any sooner to take fans back to Hell's Kitchen.
