2. The Action Is Incredible

From just its second episode it was clear Daredevil was a cut above when it comes to action sequence, with a stunning one-shot hallway sequence that would set the template for the rest of this universe.

None have ever bettered it - although Season 2's prison fight and stairwell scene both come very close - but there's a strong argument to be made for a few sequences in Season 3, which are very much in keeping with the standard established so far, but also add a few new tricks to their bow.

There's one hallway sequence that feels very much like a callback to that in Cut Man, but also the Daredevil v 'Daredevil' fight teased in the trailer, which brilliantly utilises techniques to either slow the pace down or speed things up when necessary, and it really captures just how brutal and breathless the battles are. Another even invokes memories of the Arkham games, which not only suits the character and adds a new dimension, but ties into the crime mystery feel as well.

Other Netflix Marvel shows have had mixed results with their action sequences, but Daredevil Season 3 confirms that nothing else comes close.
