Marvel's Jessica Jones: Everything You Need To Know

8. Mike Colter Will Make His Debut As Luke Cage

Two of those heroes Jessica Jones teamed up with in her Jewel days were Luke Cage and Iron Fist, better known as the Heroes For Hire, better known as two other characters who are figuring heavily into Netflix and Marvel's future plans. Iron Fist has yet to be cast but Halo's Mike Colter is already in line to play the artist formerly known as Power Man. Luke Cage is most likely to have his Netflix series come next after Jessica Jones, because he'll be making his MCU debut there. In the Alias comics, he and Jessica team up again after she's retired from the superhero game, albeit in a more carnal sense. They bang. And Ms Jones usually feels bad about it after. Set photos seeing Ritter clinging onto Colter on a motorcycle suggest that close relationship is going to be part of the Jessica Jones series as well. It's just as likely that she's relying on Luke for muscle, however, with the hero being a former convict who was injected with an experimental drug that gave him super strength and unbreakable skin.
