2. Luisa 'Adelita' Espina
Luisa Espina, aka 'Adelita', is the leader of Los Olvidados or "The Forgotten Ones," a rebel organization intent on freeing Mexico from the rule of the drug cartels, specifically the Galindo Cartel.
As a child, Luisa witnessed the Galindo cartel slaughter her entire family. Now she swears revenge on the Galindo family.
Los Olvidados is made up of mostly children who were orphaned by the actions of the cartel. Adelita acts as their mother and leader, training them to be nameless assassins. Adelita's relationships run deep, infiltrating government officials and even border security. She eventually teams up with Miguel Galindo in order to take on the Lobos Sonora Cartel, the only threat worse than Galindo.
Adelita will stop at nothing to rid Mexico of the cancerous drug cartels and corrupt officials. Since being taken in captivity by the U.S. Government and witnessing the death of her unborn child, Luisa has been set on a warpath that will only end one way - either Luisa dies or everyone else does.
