MCU: Every Guardians Of The Multiverse Member Ranked From Worst To Best

If you want to get technical, The Watcher was never really an official member of the Guardians of the Multiverse. He picked the team, brought them together to fight Ultron, and helped formulate their plan, however Nick Fury played much the same role for Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, but you wouldn’t call him an Avenger.

The Watcher sat on the sidelines for almost the entire fight with Ultron, not surprising after the way the android had already kicked his ass all through the multiverse, instead letting his team do the dirty work.

However, Jeffrey Wright’s character predicted every movement, every eventuality, and every aspect of the fight, and prepared for it. He even had the foresight to bring Killmonger onto the team because he foresaw the fight between him and and Zola, allowing them to be trapped forever in their own mini universe.

The entire battle was directed to perfection by The Watcher, and without him Ultron would have reigned over the entire multiverse. However, there is one other character without whom victory would have been impossible, no matter what The Watcher did…
