MCU: Every Guardians Of The Multiverse Member Ranked From Worst To Best

Typically, the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy are relatively spread out when it comes to power in the team. Of course, some may be stronger than others, but there are no single heroes that carry the team any more or any less than the others. The same cannot be said about the Guardians of the Multiverse.

The Doctor Strange that helped The Watcher in his fight against Ultron is far stronger than the Doctor Strange of the main MCU continuity, and is arguably one of the most powerful beings in the entire multiverse. He was the whole key to winning the Guardians’ first fight, something that even Ultron recognized himself.

Strange protected the other members, he multiplied Mjolnir, brought in a hoard of zombies, absorbed the power of one of Ultron’s blasts that could have destroyed an entire galaxy, his Time Stone cancelled out Ultron’s, and he imprisoned Zola, Killmonger, and the stones in the tiny universe that should keep them from ever being a problem again. The rest of the Guardians were essentially a distraction, while the real fight took place between Ultron and Strange.

Without him, the team would have been dead instantly, and the multiverse at the mercy of a crazed android. It’s not even close that Doctor Strange is the greatest Guardian of the Multiverse, almost embarrassingly so for the other members of the team.
