For six seasons the 'Slutty Pumpkin's' identity was unknown. However, in season seven it was revealed as a girl named Naomi played by Katie Holmes. He finds the costume in a shop and tracks down who wore it ten years earlier at that first time he met her. They begin dating but there is no chemistry. On Halloween they wear their costumes one more time but Naomi reveals that she doesn't have any feelings for Ted but didn't want to tell him because of the fact that it was ten years in the making.

Naomi like many of the girls on this list are not awful people but they were terrible for the audience as they killed yet another chance that they may have been the Mother. Ted couldn't truly move on for ten years and this is why Naomi is number four on this list.
