My Hero Academia: 10 Best Episodes

The interesting thing about this episode is that it primarily acts as a set-up for the next outing. It puts all the pieces in motion for the epic clash between All Might and All For One, which you'd think would make it a decent but mostly serviceable episode. However, it's full of emotion, adrenaline and great moments, which earns it a place of its own here.

"Symbol of Peace" shows as the fight between the villains and heroes steps up a notch. As All Might prepares to try and put an end to the terrifying All For One, Deku, Kirishima, Shoto, and Tenya rescue the captured Bakugo.

Although the encounter between the polar opposite All Might and All For One is the driving force of this episode, it's the rescue of Bakugo that helps it stand out. The plan to rescue him made by Midoriya is exciting, and it's great to see Kirishima (Red Riot) put in the spotlight. This episode helped to kick start his status as a leading character and fan-favourite.

It puts all the chess pieces into play for an epic fight in the next episode but with its own sense of personality and thrill.
