Asui just ticks so many boxes. She's one of the funniest characters, is incredibly easy to love and really nails it on the superhero side. She's a massive fan-favourite and deserves this position. Ribbit.

She made her first big break in the League of Villains U.S.J invasion Arc, where she worked with Midoriya and Mineta to battle against a crew of villains. From then on, she was a highlight, always having a role to play in the coming stories and even taking the spotlight all to herself many times.

Part of her appeal comes from how unique she is and how much her quirk influences her personality. If you were to imagine a frog as a superhero, this is exactly what you'd get, as her voice, costume, and powers are spot on. Of course, a frog fighting crime is hilarious, but she also royally kicks butt, which helps her stand out as well.
