1. Up: It’s A Great Start To A Promising Series
Ultimately, despite the downs, Netflix's One Piece has done a spectacular job of bringing the iconic property to live-action, and things are only set to get better.
The show has teething issues; that much is certain. But these are all kinks that can be ironed out. Plus, even if they remain, the direction the story will go in and the new Arcs it will adapt should be enough to placate viewers.
There is still so much left to explore. The thought of what they'll do with characters like Robin, Chopper, Brook, Ace, Law, and more is tantalising. Plus, some Arcs would look incredible in this show's style.
Will there be another season? Things are certainly pointing that way at the time of writing, as the viewership numbers have been very impressive, and the whole internet has been talking about it. Plus, Netflix has made a big investment in this project, so they will want to continue to see that pay off. If they stick to it, then it's going to be one hell of a ride.
